Prof.R.B.Satpute is associated with Institute from last 13 years. Pursuing Ph.d from SPPU,Pune in the subject of Organisation Management.Expertise in the Field of Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Brand Management. I am also HOD of Marketing Department and IT-Coordinator of Institute.Has expertise in preparation of all mandatory reports like AICTE.Shikshan Shulkh Samiti,University,AISHE,etc.

Biography

Dr. Sandip K.Nimbalkar is Associated with Amrutvahini Institute of MBA since from Academic Year 2007-08. Presently he is handling the charge of Academic Coordinator, Research Center Coordinator and Member of IQAC department. His area of interests are business research, Business statistics, Sales and distribution Marketing, Marketing 4.0, Qualitative research methods, Organization Management etc. He has worked for various departments in the institute like Alumni Coordinator, Head of Marketing Management, Sports and Cultural Coordinator, Chairman of Admission Committee, Assistant Placement Coordinator etc. He is member of College development committee and various other Committees related student development. He has published more than 22 research papers in National and International Journals. He has worked As an Examiner, Moderator, Paper Setter, Chairman for various Examination committees of SPPU. He has attended various FDP, Conferences and Workshops. He delivered his guest lectures on various topics like Business Research, Testing of hypothesis , Statistical Analysis , Research Methodology, Marketing , etc.

Dr.Nitesh Nair had completed his Ph.d from SPPU, Pune and his expertise are in fields of Economics, International Business, Taxation and cost accounting. He is associated with Amrutvahini MBA since 2011, and has 2 year of industrial experience as well.
Currently he dealing with subjects like Economic Analysis for Business Decision, Geopolitics & World Economic Systems, International Business, Direct Taxation, Indirection Taxation and Strategic Cost Management.
IQAC Coordinator of the institute and looks after all accreditation process of NAAC / NBA.

Prof. Nitin Sopan Bhand has served the Corporate Sector for over 05 years at Branch Executive/Manager level positions with Dainik Lokmat one of renowned Media group of the country. His main areas of interests are Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Performance Management and Strategic Human Resource Management. Prof. N.S. Bhand is associated with the institute as Associate professor since 2007. He has contributed various research papers in reputed National and International journals. Completed PhD from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He delivers his services as a Trainer, Guest Lecturer, Resource person, and counselor.

Dr. Navnath Nivrutti Dighe has served the Corporate Sector for over 4 years at Senior level positions with some of renowned industrial groups namely, Krishnan enterprises, Sumeru packaging Pvt.Ltd, and Swami Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. His main areas of interests are Management Information System, Consumer Behavior, Rural Marketing and General Administration. He has contributed various papers in seminars and conferences. His several papers have also been published in various professional journals and University Approved Journals. He has served as Examiner and Moderator for the various papers of MBA Syllabus under the Savitribai Phule Pune Universitie. He has served as Member for paper setting Committee of SPPU. Associated with AIMBA Since last 10 years and performed various roles in the organization like Nodal officer, AICTE and DTE report coordinator, Member of Anti Ragging Committee and Woman Harassment Committee, HOD-IT, and CEO as well. Also attended various National and International Conferences, FDPs and MDPS during the tenure.

Dr. Ravindra Bhaskar Gawali is associated with the institute as Associate professor. He is having around 12 years of academic plus 9 years of industrial experience. He published more than 20 National and International papers in reputed journals. Presently he is pursuing his PhD from Savitribai Phule Pune University. He delivers his services as a Trainer, Guest Lecturer, Resource person, counselor and coach. His area of interest is marketing and Financial Management.

Mr. Changdev Baburao Kahandal has served as a Librarian from last 18 years in Academic Library System. His main areas of interests are Library Management, Library Administration. Mr. Changdev Baburao Kahandal is associated with the institute as Librarian since 2006.
He has contributed various research papers in reputed National and International journals. He really seized the opportunity to make the library operations more effective for students and staff focused in real sense, he thought up library as Knowledge- house by which the institutes get recognition.

Prof.Mrs.Sulbha G.Gunjal is serving as faculty in HR Specialization. The current designation is Assistant professor in the institute .The area of interest is HRM and financial management. The core area is Man Power Planning, Compensation Management. She has presented the research papers at state level seminar level and National Level Seminars. She is Delivering visiting Lectures in the area of Man Power Planning.
