Amrutvahini Institute of Management and Business Administration offers Two Years Full Time MBA course which is affiliated to University of Pune and Approved by AICTE, New Delhi. It’s also NAAC Accredited ISO 9001:2015 Certified Management Institute Ph.D Research Centre in Management
Amrutvahini Institute of Management & Business Administration, Sangamner was set up in June 1994,has emerged as a reputed organization. It continuously looks at the past, present& future while striving to make significant contribution to an action oriented paradigm for professional education,consultancy and research.The institute is situated within a picturesque campus. It’s beautiful environment creates stimulating for the learning. ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

OBJECTIVES OF AIMBA RESEARCH CENTER
The research Center provides a broad framework to guide scholarly research with the following objectives:
To create and promote a research culture among the faculty and research students in the domain of Management
To identify research areas and specify research topics of relevant academic significance
To organize workshops/FDP’s on research topics and training programmes on research methodology.
To ensure quality, integrity and ethics in research.
To publish research material in appropriate media and to make available such published information to the end users.
To facilitate the publication of reports submitted by the research scholars
To serve as a facilitator providing research guidance to the research students of AIMBA under commerce and Management faculty.
To formulate Research Advisory committee for conducting six monthly progress reports
CONDUCT OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES AT AIMBA.
All activities of research center are conducted as per the norms and guidelines of SPPU.
Individual research scholars should be free to select the subject matter of their research, to seek support from any legal financial source for their work, and to arrive at their own findings and conclusions. These findings and conclusions should be available for peer’s scrutiny and criticism.
Research techniques should not violate established professional ethics pertaining to the health, safety, privacy, and other personal rights of human beings.
The Management shall create an environment conducive to research by providing suitable infrastructural facilities such as space, library, Statistical software, Research workshop etc. for the proposed topics of managements.
The Management authorizes the Director to initiate, promote and monitor the research activities in the institution by constituting a Head of the Research Center
AIMBA RESEARCH POLICY
The Institute provides following support facilities to the faculty members to promote research in the Institute.
All the Faculty members and students are encouraged to do research
Faculty members shall be permitted to attended conference/workshop relevant to their field of research in India or Abroad with duty leave. Financial reimbursement is provided by the institute to the faculty members.
Students are also encouraged to attend conferences. Financial reimbursement is provided by the institute to the students.
Institute has Policy to reward for high quality research publications.
Faculty members are encouraged to apply for research projects from funding agencies or industries relevant to their field of interest.
MEMBERSHIP
The research Center shall function during the Institutes working hours i.e. 9.00am to 4.30pm.
The research scholars can avail free membership of Research center.
All the members will get access to AIMBA library and all subscribed contents such as online journals, databases, books etc.
Access is given to SPSS research software and allied resources for all registered members
