Dr.Babasaheb Mahadev Londhe is serving as a Director at Amrutvahini Institute of Management and Business Administration. Dr.B.M.Londhe is a distinguished Professor of Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource and General Management, also has more than 25 years of teaching experience exclusively in Management Institutes affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University. He has contributed at University level committees through LIC, Staff Selection, syllabus designing, Academic audits etc.. He has worked for five years as vice chancellor’s special invitee on management faculty of Savitribai Phule Pune University. At present he associated as Chairman, Board of studies in Human Resource Management for next five years. He is also associated with University of Lethbridge, Canada under International Management Faculty Exchange.
He also delivers his expertise to various colleges as a guest speaker on various topics. Has received a best Teacher Award from Lion’s Club Pune. Has presented Number of Papers in national and International Journal and also written case studies in Impact Factor journals..
He has authored one book in marketing. He is Ph.D Guide in Organization Management. 4 Students are awarded with Ph.D Degree under his Guidance..
