The AIMBA Institution has the responsibility to sensitive employees regarding sexual harassment issues. Committee (ICC), whose main objectives are to ensure a harassment-free environment for all those who are studying or working in the institute, and to address any harassment complaint. The committee consists of a few male and female faculty members from the Institute as well as a counselor. Under The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 the central government requires the organizations. The aim of the committee is to allow every female student and woman employee to pursue her work in a safe and dignified environment and to protect women against any form of harassment or gender discrimination and to provide a means of redress should such cases arise. Whereas the protection against sexual harassment and the right to work with dignity are universally recognized human rights by international conventions and instruments such as Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women.
